That it would be an exciting race for the 2 top leaders..
that we already knew.. 
Also for 3rd place we had more than one man waiting to claim that position.

Towz-T had only one option to defend his lead .. win the race.
Also Monkfish had only one thing to do..Win the race.
Then he would have equal points with Tow-T, but would have had
two more victories to his name during Season 6 and so would
win Season 6.

For the seasons 3rd position we have Xtian, Hanziboy, Rumbl3 and Scatter
all very close to each other.

Qualifying:

From the beginning Monkfish attacked right away by claiming the pole (1:15.97)
Towz-T came close with 1:16.57
Hanziboy took 3rd place with 1:17.80
Xtian (1:21.97) followed by SLO_Knuckles(1:23.53).
The low number of racers was closed by SLO_Scatter(1:29.69)

Strange was the slow time from Xtian, reason.. a lot of technical problems

He crashed his car earlier and repairs were still not completed.
He decides not to start the race because he would be a danger to us all
with the cars' unreliable behavior.

SLO_Knuckles crossed the pit exit line.
20 second penalty will be added to his finishing time

Race :

Towz-T misses his start completely letting Hanziboy take 2nd position.
But he decides the battle for this season must be battled between the
two front guys, so he backs down letting Towz-T take 2nd place again.
And even takes the lead after a little driver error from Monkfish at the chicane.

10:18.79 - Scatter hits the curb in the turn 11 chicane and flips
his car bringing out the 1st SC
27:04.53 - Scatter loses control approaching the turn 11 chicane
and hits the tires causing him to flip... SC no. 2
33:48.16 - Scatter flips it again in turn 2 after getting up on the
curb... SC no. 3
34:28.13 - while getting the cars bunched up during the SC Hanziboy
runs into the back of Monkfish, and Knuckles runs into the back of
Hanziboy... racing incident, but remember to slow down when
catching the slower cars during SC
44:37.97 - turn 11 jumped out and bit Scatter again, putting him on
his top... SC no. 4
48:32.10 - It looks like Knuckles brought the field to the
Start/Finish line very slow, then he didn't get on the gas...
possibly because he knew he was a lapped car and was trying to give
the leaders their chance to pass him. But Monkfish got into
Knuckles left rear bumper as Monkfish was passing on the restart
and sent Knuckles into the outside wall on the front stretch...
racing incident.

Remember there is a rule that says, "When green light is given after
a safety car, you can not overtake until the start/finish line".

So don't slow down when race restarts, but go for it.  Then follow the
normal blue flag procedures the first time it is safe to let the other
pass you.

The 20sec penalty Knuckles received for crossing the pit exit line
during Qualifying had no effect on his finish position.
