Last Sunday we had our Season 6 opener, and with a normal number of racers due
to 3 new racers to the league... We would like to welcome Monkfish, Motocan, and Rumbl3 !!

We raced on Aston Cadet with the slowest car we have in LFS .. the UF1.
The race was expanded over 3 races of 15 laps, no forced pitstop.

The Qualifying... 

During Qualifying we saw some rookies are indeed ..rookies..  because they dd not read the rules
completely I guess.  Well, Monkfisk crossed the pit exit line when leaving the pit lane and
Motocan took 4 laps before we dragged him into the pit.  Luckily for him his 4th lap was slower..
But also, not rookie, Swammy, made the mistake of crossing the pit exit line..... Twice....
So Monkfish and Swammy are collecting a warning for 2 races not to cross the pit exit line.
If they do, a penalty will follow.

The qualifying was won by rookie Rumbl3 Gratz !!

Race 1:

I'm glad to tell you the first race was without incidents.
Only thing to notice is that Swammy had to leave early with communication errors
And Sennaboy had to quit because of software errors in his electronics.

Race 2  (reversed start order):

We can see a lot of racers took more risks in this race

Jyuetsch makes some risky moves, Hanziboy could not brake in time to avoid Motocan
and Scatter hits Rumbl3 when he missed his breakpoint. All small incidents we can
catalog under the category .. Race incidents

Race 3 (reversed order) :

Race has little incidents except for 2 moves from Jyuetsch coming into the corner
way to hot and using the other racer to make it through the corner and simply to
continue the race instead of waiting for the one he pushed off track.  Because this is the
first race, the penalty is only given once for the 2 incidents and results in a 20 seconds
penalty for the last race and drops him from 6th to the 10th position in race 3.
